Whether this is your first baby or your 6th, giving yourself the gift of doula support is an excellent choice. Families can choose between two different levels of care: Option #1 Birth Package or Option #2 Hospital/Birth Center Support I highly recommend all first-time moms/partners opt for the Birth Package, which will include childbirth education, prenatal visits at your home, as well as postpartum support. My goal is for you to feel confident and trusting of the incredible process that is birth, and that is far easier to feel when you've received quality education and had opportunities to let go of any fears/apprehensions prior to labor.
For experienced moms who only want doula support at the hospital/birth center, Option #2 may be the perfect fit.

Here for You
Get extra personal support throughout the entirety of your birthing journey. As a Doula, I promise to offer unwavering support to you and your family before, during, and after birth. I will stay in close contact in order to routinely check how you’re doing and offer any support needed.
BIRTH PACKAGE: 2 prenatal visits, continuous support during labor/delivery, and 1 postpartum visit
HOSPITAL/BIRTH CENTER ONLY: labor/delivery support once admitted to hospital/birth center
You are not an island. Although we often can manage caring for our babies alone, doesn't mean that we should. I am here to support you during the postnatal time, to help you feel CONFIDENT AND COMPETENT. Reach out to me and ensure that you will have support you need to not just survive, but thrive during this time.
OVERNIGHT DOULA:(8-10 hours/night)
Sleep deprivation is no joke! I help ease this transition by staying overnight in your home, assisting with all baby needs, supporting you through breast/bottle feeding, and generally being another set of hands to help you care for your precious newborn.
DAYTIME DOULA: (4-6 hour shifts)
I am available to support you in the daytime hours, which is especially helpful for the new mom/parent who is feeling nervous about or overwhelmed by caring for their newborn. (Who isn't??) Especially helpful for moms recovering from surgical births and/or managing other babies & children.
